An alumni of Lecanto High, Seth’s journey into the world of construction began early. Every summer was an opportunity for him to immerse himself in the world of trades, honing his skills and gaining hands-on experience. This early exposure laid the foundation for a career that would blend passion and profession seamlessly.

During his college years, Seth dug deeper into the construction industry, working under a prominent tile company. It was here that he not only refined his technical skills but also discovered a lasting connection—his future wife. Their paths crossed at the tile disruption warehouse where they both worked while pursuing their college degrees.

Seth earned his degree in Engineering and Technology from Lake Sumter State College, showcasing his diverse academic prowess. However, his heart remained anchored to the world of construction, a passion that continued to burn brightly within him.
Upon purchasing his first home, Seth ventured into the world of real estate. Living in the midst of a renovation project, he skillfully navigated the challenges of fixing up his home to live in and then ultimately sell.

In his off time, Seth finds peace in nature. Whether it’s exploring the scenic landscapes of Citrus County or pushing his physical limits through endurance training, he thrives in the great outdoors. This love for nature culminated in a remarkable achievement in 2023 when Seth completed his first Ironman 70.3—a testament to his unwavering determination and commitment to personal growth.
